Terms of Service
Last updated: March 30, 2026
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Agreement") govern the relationship between steam0.shop (hereinafter — "Service") and the Internet user (hereinafter — "User") using the Service.
Use of the Service constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User. If you disagree with these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.
2. Description of services
The Service provides automated top-up services for virtual balances of Steam platform accounts using cryptocurrency assets.
The Service does not sell cryptocurrency but acts as a gateway to convert cryptocurrency provided by the User into gift cards or direct funds credited to a Steam wallet.
3. Rights and obligations
- The User is obligated to provide a correct login (Steam ID) when placing an order. If an incorrect login is provided, the Service bears no responsibility for funds sent to wrong credentials.
- The Service commits to locking the declared conversion rate for 15 minutes.
- In case of a blockchain transaction delay due to network issues (e.g., Bitcoin Mainnet), the Service commits to crediting funds immediately upon receiving the required number of network confirmations.
4. Currency conversion and regions
Funds are credited in the user's Steam account currency. Conversion from US dollars (USD) to local currency (KZT, RUB, UAH, etc.) is performed at Valve Corporation's internal rate at the time of payment processing.
5. Refund policy
Cryptocurrency refunds are possible only BEFORE funds are successfully credited to the User's Steam account. Once credited successfully, refunds are technically impossible. In case of underpayment, the Service reserves the right to recalculate the credited amount.
