1. What data we collect
THIS SERVICE OPERATES ON A **NO-KYC** PRINCIPLE. A significant portion of personal data (name, address, photo) is not collected, processed, or requested.
To provide our Services, we collect only the minimum necessary data:
- Your Steam Login (Steam ID) entered in the top-up form.
- The public wallet address from which the transaction was made (publicly available on the blockchain by default).
- Technical logs (IP address, User-Agent) solely for DDoS protection and fraud prevention.
2. How data is used
The Steam login you provide is used exclusively by automated systems (API) to execute the balance top-up command. We do not store top-up history linked to a specific user, as there is no registration system on the site.
3. Third-party disclosure
The Service does not sell, exchange, or transfer logins and IP addresses to third parties or marketing agencies. The Steam login is transmitted to top-up providers (Valve partners) strictly through an encrypted HTTPS channel for order fulfillment purposes only.
4. Data security
All cryptocurrency transactions are processed transparently through the blockchain. Our website uses Class A SSL encryption. Support staff do not have access to your private keys or passwords. We will never ask for your Steam password.
